The object of invention is a process of treatment of admixtures consisting of waste products of the organic origin such as natural, mostly cellulose fibres, scrap paper, wood chips, flax rests, etc., as additives to building materials for the improvement of their properties. The procedure of treatment of admixtures consisting of waste products of the organic origin as additives to building materials, according to the invention, is based on a wet processing of materials having fibrous structure (in the form of prefabricated pulp, cellulose fibres, scrap paper, rags and similar materials) in the presence of fire-extinguishing and rapidly hardening suspensions and/or dispersions. During further processing, these swollen materials are treated thermally to achieve a granular form preserving their increased volume in the same time. In this way prepared admixtures in the form of fibrous granules comprise swollen natural fibres - the more voluminous shape of which was obtained by treatment with suspensions and/or dispersions - which retain their increased volume even after thermal treatment such as drying and hardening.
|
