The device has a motor (6) and a fan (3) disposed in the same enclosure at the interior of which circulates the air drawn by the fan and in a wall of which is located an opening bringing the air coming in the zone containing the motor. The air-bringing opening is blocked by a movable valve (8) allowing the passage of air only between +70 degree and +100 degree centigrade.
