The invention relates to a granular detergent used in manual and automatic washing of textiles and to a process for preparing the simple installations and equipments that can be made in small-sized enterprises. According to the invention, a detergent composition is prepared, first by fine homogenization of 48 % anhydrous sodium carbonate, 3.3 % sodium tripolyphospahte, 13 % sodium bicarbonate in a tank mixer adding, while stirring continuously, a composition prepared in a separate vessel, said composition comprising water, pre-heated at a temperature ranging from 40 ...60 Celsius degrees, 0.4 % sodium chloride, linear aralkyl benzene, sodium sulphonate, nonylphenol ethoxylate with 8,9,10 moles of ethylene oxide, 0.05 % colouring agent, and afterwards the prepared mixture is passed through a vibrating screen for micronization, said screen having a mesh size of 1.5 mm, and is left for post-reaction and stabilization for 16-24h and then the composition is introduced again in the tank and mixed with a novel composition prepared separately, said composition comprising water, pre-heated at a temperature ranging from 40 ...60 Celsius degrees, sodium silicate, magnesium sulphate, carboxy methylcellulose, tetraacetyl diamine and again is passed through the screen for micronization and is left for post-reaction and stabilization for 16...24 h. While mixing again, this primary composition is added, a perfume essence and an optical bleaching agent for a manual washing detergent, perfume essence, optical bleaching agent, silicone oil, and granular soap, produced from animal fats for a detergent for automatic washing of slightly soiled textiles, and perfume essence, optical bleaching agent, silicone oil, granular soap and proteolytic enzymes for detergent used in automaitc washing of very soiled textiles, and then the composition is passed again through the vibrating screen and is packed.
