The power unit consists of a printed circuit (1) comprising, a voltage regulator/stabilizer assembly connected to the battery (2), a two-way digital inertial sensor (4), a microprocessor (5), power control elements (20,21) enabling to trigger the right (18) and left (19) flashers. The microprocessor is connected to a lever (7) indicating a change of direction of the vehicle, and to the switch (16) triggering the anti-crash lights, to detect the position of the lever and the switch (16) so as to trigger either the right flasher, or the left flasher, or both the flashers simultaneously, and which microprocessor also manages the data received from the inertial sensor to trigger the right and left flashers simultaneously, based on a predetermined braking threshold, the latter triggering having priority over the indications of change of direction.
