The invention relates to a device for dispensing a single element from a flask containing more such elements, said device being located at the lower part of a flask especially designed for medicaments in the shape of beads or sugar-coated pills having almost the same diameter. According to the invention, the device comprises a fixed part (1) and a mobile part (2), the fixed part (1) containing a preselection chamber (a) representing the area which is in contact with the content of the flask (A) and having the shape of an eccentric truncated cone with slightly convex walls, its large base being equal to the inner diameter of the flask (A), its small base being equal to the diameter of a selection chamber (b), a space where a single element (3) from the content of the flask (A) preselected in the preselection chamber (a) can penetrate, the cross-sectional diameter of the selection chamber (b) being 25% larger than the diameter of the element (3), and a space (c) representing the location area of the dispensing element, said area being configurated according to the selected type of dispensing element.
