The invention relates to a construction element set used for making the walls of a building or enclosure as well as for the thermal and sound insulation thereof, being particularly applicable to the construction of appartment buildings and to the refrigeration industry. According to the invention, the construction element set comprises two construction element subassemblies (A, B) wherein the subassembly (A) consists of parallelipipedic elements (1, 2 and 3) of equal length, wherein the middle element (3) is axially displaced in relation to the lateral symmetric elements (1 and 2), being located, in respect of the upper surface of the lateral elements, at a distance (h) = 1/3 ... 2/3 of the overall thickness (g) of the subassembly, and the construction element subassembly (B) comprises other parallelipipedic elements ( 5, 6 and 7), of equal length, wherein the middle element (7) is displaced axially in relation to the side elements ( 5 and 6), being located, in respect of the lower surface of the lateral element, at a distance (a) = 1/3 ... 2/3 of the overall thickness (b) of the subassembly, a parallelipipedic-shaped construction element (4) used for joining a subassembly (A) with another identical subassembly (A) or with a subassembly (B), and another parallipedic-shaped construction element (9) provided with a vacuum enclosure (1), compartmented by the partition walls (8), said element being joined with the subassemblies (A, B).
