MICROENCAPSULATED BOVINE ADRENAL MEDULLA CHROMAFFIN CELL-DRUG FOR ALLEVIATING PAIN
摘要
Microencapsulated bovine adrenal medulla chromaffin cell (BCC) drug for alleviating pain is prepared as follows: 1. suspending BCCs in a solution of sodium alginate; 2. dispersing the suspension in a solution of calcium chloride to form calcium alginate beads; 3. mixing the beads with a polylysine solution to coat polylysine membrane and form sludge; 4. mixing the sludge with a solution of sodium alginate to coat sodium alginate membrane; 5. using sodium citrate to replace the calcium ions in the sludge and forming microencapsulated BCCs; 6. transfering the microencapsulated BCCs into culture liquid for use. The cell-drug is capable of secreting analgetic in human body for a long period, one-time transplantation may prevent pain for more than several months.
