ISOCYANATE COMPOSITIONS FOR BLOWN POLYURETHANE FOAMS

A polyisocyanate composition comprises: (a) 15-42% by wt. of diphenylmethane diisocyanate; (a) three ring oligomers of polyphenylene polymethylene polyisocyanate in an amount such that the ratio of (a) to (b) is equal to 0.2-1.8; and (a) higher homologues of polyphenylene polymethylene polyisocyanate. Also claimed is a process for preparing a polyurethane foam.
