The closing bar (2) of the door lock has a screw bolt (8) aligned opposite to the direction of the closing bar and able to be pushed through a receiving bore (9) in the support wall (3) of the closing bar. The diameter of the bore is larger than the diameter of the bolt. The support wall is accessible at the back through a cut out section (5) on surrounding wall parts so that a screw nut (10) can be screwed from the back of the support wall onto the fitted screw bolt for pre-fixing and can be tightened up when the door is closed and aligned in the door recess. The trim (6) covers the cut-out section. The support wall can be part of a vehicle pillar.
