The reflective mirror (14) has at least one first partial area (16) and at least one second partial area (18). The second partial area is movable in order to change the light-transmission pattern of a second partial beam even when the light-and-darkness boundary of the second partial beam upper side is high so that it will be at the same height as the light-and-darkness boundary of a first partial beam. The light radiated from the light source (20) of the headlamp is reflected as the first partial beam by the first partial area. The light radiated from the light source is reflected as a second partial beam by the second partial area. An Independent claim is also included for a headlamp apparatus.
