The seal arrangement has a first (4) and second (5) component. The first component has an annular groove (8) with a conical surface widening out to its support surface. The second component has a flat contact surface. A metal sealing ring (9) between both components is deformable when the components are tightened. The springy elastic sealing ring is pre-stamped into a cone with an angle of aperture smaller than the cone angle of the annular groove. The sealing surfaces of the sealing ring, and the support surfaces of the two components possess a maximum surface roughness dependent on sealing pressure.
