<p>Methods and devices for sampling at least two frozen cultures of microorganisms and/or eukaryotic cells contained in mutually separate spaces of a holder, simultaneously and independently of each other, comprising a carrier with at least two substantially parallel pins which can each be contacted with one of the cultures, which pins are manufactured from a sterilizable material and can move mutually independently substantially in the longitudinal direction. The methods and devices are suitable in particular for taking frozen microorganisms and/or eukaryotic cells into culture simultaneously and independently of each other.</p> |
