The concrete roof formation method uses a shuttering provided with a lower reinforcement (2) before casting the concrete to an initial height (H1), with spacers (3) attached to the lower reinforcement for supporting an upper reinforcement projecting above this height. Installation pipes and lines (7) are laid above the cast lower concrete layer (4) before fitting the upper reinforcement (8) to the spacers and casting the upper layer of the concrete roof.
