<p>The inventive method comprises the following steps: a) provision of a support (1,5,6) whereby the upper surface (7) thereof comprises hollow (8) and/or elevated areas, and holes (2) for the evacuation of air are also provided; b) a first thermoplastic sheet is placed on said support, whereby said sheet is covered by a heat reactivatable bond coat; c) an object (13) is placed on the first sheet (11), then a second thermoplastic sheet which is softened by heating is placed on top of said object (14); d) the second sheet is applied on the first sheet; e) the air between the two sheets is evacuated through the air holes so that the second sheet (14) can be placed in direct contact with the first sheet thereby resulting in a softening of the first sheet, creating bosses (18) which are homologous with the hollow (8) and/or elevations (9) used to capture the air between both sheets, and the heat reactivatable coat is activated in such a way that it can become integral with the first and second sheets, thus imprisoning the object.</p> |
