The needle bearing has an inner ring (11) in the form of an eccentric sleeve, an outer ring (12) in the form of a needle bush and needles (14) in a cage (13). The outer ring has a radially inwardly protruding edge (17,18) on both ends, of which one secures the axial position of the needles and the outer ring by engaging the inner ring. One edge (18) on the outer ring engages one end (19) of the inner ring. An Independent claim is also included for a pump unit, especially for a slip-regulated vehicle hydraulic braking system.
