SUBSTANCE: given radiometric device includes dish with measured specimen, measurement chamber with slit diaphragm formed by two prisms, photoelectric multipliers. Cooled metal elements in the form of flow cavities set immobile and simultaneously used to remove electrostatic charges emerging with movement of dish in measurement chamber are placed in vertexes of prisms of measurement chamber.
