Heat exchanger comprises multiplicity of stacked plates (10) each with raised peripheral edge (14). Peripheral edges are assembled in sealed manner so as to delimit between plates first (24) and second (26) flow channels for alternating first and second fluids. Raised peripheral edges are plane and form with stacking direction (D) acute angle ( alpha ) greater than or equal to 10 degrees .
