SUBSTANCE: invention refers to accelerated trade turnover, to increase of number of customers thanks to discount sales, to enhanced efficiency in sphere of production and realization of goods. Method includes formation of association of selling centers with introduction of members of association as users, formation of data base of central controlling device of association, formation of communication channels with every selling center with fitting of each selling center with unit for data reception and processing, allotment of information medium to each member of association, giving organized data with information on privileges and possible discounts to each potential customer. Proposed system incorporates at least one data reception and processing device located in proper selling center and central controlling device located in association of selling centers. It has data display, data input unit, information reception unit and two processors. Each data reception and processing device includes unit reading information from information medium, unit transmitting information to central controlling device and processor which interact.
