Holder may perform linear oscillations and has opening in which concentric body of ferromagnetic material is arranged by free-running fit. Permanent magnet is placed in holder in plane normal relative to rotor rotation axis near its lateral surface in end duct. Magnetization axis of permanent magnet crosses rotor axis by angle equal to 45 degrees relative to direction of holder oscillations.
