Shaft is installed along cylinder axis in bearing holes for rotation. Pistons are furnished with sealing belt consisting of rings for sealing pistons in cylinder. Ends of rod fitted in piston holes are secured in heads. Pistons have roller in sealing belt made up of rings, in seat and in diagonal groove. This roller transforms reciprocating motion of piston into rotation of shaft with flywheel. Pistons are provided with sealing belt made up of rings for sealing pistons with rod and shaft. Pistons can be furnished with rollers in sealing belt made up of rings in ring grooves and in diagonal grooves on shaft to provide sealing of pistons with diagonal grooves on shaft.
