SUBSTANCE: grape semisweet white wine contains sugar-containing component in amount ensuring the final content of sugar 50 g/cu.dm in wine, food flavor-aromatic additive "Muskat" in amount from 1-15 kg per 1000 dal of blend and white dry grape wine material in amount of 91.6-92.9% from blend volume. The wine contains, as a sugar-containing component, 60-70-% sugar syrup and/or concentrated wine wort (juice) in the amount from 1 to 99%. The proposed wine possesses original taste and flavor remaining the flavor and taste of sea buckthorn and black currant berries with addition of cherry kernel.
