摘要 PURPOSE:To attain an especially easy production of a recorder which is excellent in durability and capable of performing a high density array and a gradation recording, by a method wherein a heat dissipating element is formed so that it had a heat gradient in the direction of the power supply in t he vicinity of a heat releasing resistance layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat dissipating element 16 is composed of a material having a higher thermal conductivity than those of a heat releasing layer and a protective layer 15, and its area which covers the heat releasing element 12 is changed in the direction from a control electrode 13 side to an earth electrode 14 side. By this constitution, a heat gradient in the direction of power supply can be obtained on the heat releasing layer 12 due to the effect of the heat dissipating element 16. As the heat dissipating element 16 is of a plane, its production and construction can be simplified. The position of critical point of bubble generation is shifted in turn by changing the input energy value from larger one to smaller one. Thereby, bubbles 18 are gradually increased in size in the order from a bubble 1 to bubbles 2, 3 and 4, so that the amount of ink is increased.
