New treatment of waste products comprising isolation of 4 product categories including compost material, light non-biodegradable and combustible products and ultimate heavy inert waste materials by 3 main stages: (1) a primary mechanical separation; (2) a second bioseparation; and (3) a final mechanical separation. Independent claims are also included for the combustible solid obtained and the installation for effecting the process.
