An advertising system using electronic communication comprising an information storage section where personal information for membership registration inputted by the user is stored, an advertising information extracting section for extracting advertisement information suitable for the personal information on the user out of the advertisement information stored in an advertisement information storage section, an advertisement information transmitting section for transmitting the extracted advertisement information to a terminal section of the user through electronic communication, a display section for displaying the transmitted advertisement information on a display screen according to an access command of the user, an advertisement information recognizing/counting section for recognizing the displayed advertisement information and counting the access commands about advertisement information, an advertisement charge calculating/notifying section for calculating the advertisement charge on the basis of the count of the access commands and notifying the provider of the advertisement information of the charge.
