A substance capable of selectively inhibiting a target enzyme activity alone; and a blood coagulation factor-adsorbent with the use of this substance. Namely, a substance which binds to the substrate of an activated blood coagulation factor in competition with the blood coagulation factor to thereby regulate the reaction between the blood coagulation factor and the substrate.
