The motor has a hollow chamber divided into two spaces by an elastic sealing part, and an elastic element (7) containing a metal spring (10), which generates a prestress force. The spring is imbedded into a single or multi-sections elastomer part (11) or similar. The part is fitted loosely into an internal aperture (6) of the sealing part (3) and fixed in place by the surface (8) of the part, or is connected to the part surface. The spring is a membrane spring.
