A purification treatment system comprising a purification apparatus (110) which performs purification treatment through contacting a raw material oil with a catalyst in an atmosphere of hydrogen and a device for analyzing purification treatment (120) which selects out desirable purification conditions by analyzing the change of characteristics of a raw material associated with a purification treatment, taking into account the change of catalyst activity due to the purification treatment which is estimated from the amounts of metallic and carbonaceous deposits within catalyst pores, and controls the purification apparatus through the decision of purification conditions. The purification treatment system can be used for achieving an efficient purification treatment and reducing the cost required for a purification treatment.
