<p>A device for determining sound sources determines the positions of sound sources with high accuracy using sound information and image information. The position information is used to separate sounds from mixed sounds with high accuracy. The device (10) comprises sound collecting means (11) for processing the sounds collected by two microphones (11a, 11b) arranged at an interval of D opposed to a plurality of sound sources (A, B, C); camera means (12) for recording the images of the sound sources (A, B, C) continuously; sensor means for detecting objects; image processing means (13) for selecting position information on objects, which can be sound sources, from the images captured by the imaging means (12) and/or the direction information on the objects detected by the sensor means; sound processing means (14) for determining the positions of sound sources based on the sound information obtained by the sound collecting means (11) and the position information selected by the image processing means (13); and control means (15) for controlling the sound collecting means (11), the imaging means (12), the sensor means, the image processing means (13) and the sound processing means (14).</p> |
