Contact makers are designed as a rocker springs and have an elongated frame section (18) and a short section (24) connecting across a curved spring (22). In the elongated frame section a spring tongue (19) is mounted with its free end on one side of a contact bearing (12). The short section of the curved spring is held on the opposite side of the contact bearing, so that the frame section alters to a position between clamping bearings to change switch contacts.
