SUBSTANCE: system has vehicle-mounted on- board complex incorporating on-board controller connected to navigation receiver which is equipped with navigation antenna and also to power pack and to radio station equipped with transceiver antenna; communications and channel control subsystem incorporating radio station with transceiver antenna and power pack; aerodrome control center with main controller workstation. On-board complex is provided with vehicle condition control unit whose output is coupled with input of on-board controller. Communications and channel control subsystem is provided with differential correction unit incorporating navigation antenna, communication controller whose input/output is coupled with radio station and outputs are connected to power pack and differential correction unit. Control center has lock and server with data base memory. Inputs/outputs of lock are coupled with those of communication controller, server, and main workstation of controller.
