It is fitted with sleeve having radial holes, bushing, adjustment bar with lug. Lug is mounted in bushing for interaction with nozzle. Vortex forming members are positioned on internal surface of mixing chamber. EFFECT: increased efficiency of dispersion of solution thanks to control over intensity of process of preparation of solution with minimal hydraulic losses. 2 dwg
