control of ecological catastrophe in case of escape of petroleum products and other liquids through hole in tanker. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in placing the flexible closed envelope in water for receiving the petroleum products. This envelope is placed in load-bearing net and is held by rope of tanker; air is bled from this envelope through free main. Transfer of petroleum products is continued till level of flood water covers the hole. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability; extended range of equipment.
