SUBSTANCE: described are new compounds, more specifically 10-aminoaliphatyldibenz [b, f] oxepines of formula I: wherein alk is C2-C7 alkenylamino, C2-C7 alkynylamino, N-C2-C7 alkenyl-N-C1-C4 alkylamino, N-C2-C7 alkynyl N-C1-C4 alkylamino, and R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, halogen having atomic number up to 35 or trifluoromethyl, and salts thereof. Said compounds are useful as drugs of antineurodegenerative activity. Also described are methods of preparing compounds of formula and pharmaceutical composition based thereon.
