A multi-layered film which has a substrate which has at least one layer (A layer) having an ethylene/ alpha -olefin copolymer having a variation coefficient of molecular structural distribution given by the following formula (1) of 0.5 or less $where\; sigma\; is\; a\; standard\; deviation\; of\; molecular\; structural\; distribution\; of\; the\; ethylene/\; alpha\; -olefin\; copolymer\; calculated\; from\; the\; quantities\; of\; the\; components\; eluted\; at\; every\; predetermined\; temperature\; range\; and\; the\; branching\; degree\; of\; each\; component\; both\; obtained\; by\; the\; temperature\; rising\; elution\; fractionation\; and\; SCBave.\; Is\; an\; average\; of\; the\; numbers\; of\; short\; chain\; branches\; per\; one\; thousand\; carbon\; atoms\; in\; the\; ethylene/\; alpha\; -olefin\; copolymer;\; and\; an\; anti-sticking\; layer\; which\; is\; provided\; on\; the\; substrate\; and\; constitutes\; at\; least\; one\; out\; of\; the\; two\; outermost\; layers\; of\; the\; multi-layered\; film\; is\; disclosed.$
