SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes metal block with repeatedly intersecting gas passages whose diameters decrease in way of gas motion at ratio of 0.5 to 0.9. Device is also provided with coolant passages which are not communicated with gas passages. Gas passages are provided with circular grooves whose diameter D is equal to 1.14 to 1.17d where d is present diameter of passages; width of grooves z=0.082 to 0.085d; groove pitch t=0.164 to 0.017.
