PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chattering and improve liquid removal rate by fixing a base of a conveyor blade of a screw conveyor on the outer periphery of a conveyor body on a large diameter cylinder parallel section of an outer rotating cylinder while providing the base of the conveyor blade in the shape of displacing elastically in the axial direction on a conical inclined section. SOLUTION: A screw conveyor 6 is connected with a gear box 10, and a base of a conveyor blade 7a directly connected with a conveyor body 8 all over almost the whole area of a large diameter parallel section 1 of an outer rotating cylinder 3 is fixed on the outer periphery of the conveyor body 8. On the other hand, almost the whole area of a conveyor blade 7 is provided in the shape completely free on the conveyor body 8 on a cone inclined section 2 on the end of the large diameter cylinder section 1. Namely, the conveyor blade 7 is provided to be elastically deformable in the axial direction within the elastic limit when a carriage resistance in the axial line direction is received. Thus, when an abnormal load is applied to a material to be treated, the load is absorbed, and also the material to be treated is moved forward by the elastic restoration force.
