PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate color mixing between adjacent printing ink layers by setting a heat resistant temperature of a dye and a pigment contained in a printing ink used for design printing of a print layer, a thermal deformation temperature of an overcoating film, and a melting point of the film to a specific relation. SOLUTION: The card is formed by sequentially laminating at least a base plate, a printing layer and an overcoating film, and smoothing a surface of the film by a hot press. In this case, a heat resistant temperature T1 deg.C of a dye and a pigment contained in a printing ink used for design printing of a print layer, a thermal deformation temperature T2 deg.C of an overcoating film, and a melting point T3 of the film are set to simultaneously satisfy the relationship of formulae of T1>=T2 and T1>=T3. More specifically, this card is obtained by sequentially laminating the print layers 2, 2' and overcoating the films 3, 3' on both surfaces of the plate 1 and smoothing the surfaces of the films by a hot press. |
