摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain cooling efficiency even if the direction of discharging warm air is limited to two ways by designing a fan device so that the plurality of the blades of the fan device actively discharge air, sucked from one side in the direction of the axis of a rotary shaft to the base side through an opening for suction, in the direction of the radius of the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The inner portions of heat radiation fins 11a46 to 11a3 and 11a16 to 11a33 have such a height that they can be positioned under the impellers or plurality of the blades of a fan device, and their outer portions have such a height that they encircle the impellers or plurality of the blades. Especially, the heat radiation fins 11a46 to 11a3 and 11a16 to 11a33 are so arranged that the flow of air discharged in the radial direction of the rotary shaft of the fan device's motor is not interrupted as much as possible. As the result, the outer portions of these heat radiation fins 11a46 to 11a3 and 11a16 to 11a33 are cooled directly by air discharged in the direction of the radius of the rotary shaft.
