PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for immediately discriminating a forged ticket when the forged ticket is used. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a bar code reader 2 for reading a bar code printed on the ticket of a thermosensitive sheet, and for reading the bar code of the thermally impressed ticket again, and a thermally impressing means 3 for thermally impressing the ticket whose bar code is read at first. When the bar code is accurately read again, it is discriminated that the ticket is a forged ticket.
