PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of erroneous control to a temporary diagram irrational state between a plurality of relating section diagrams, occurring during arrangement of operation, with no operator operation interposing. SOLUTION: At least one diagram DB 20 or more updated, in order, by a DB orderly varying function 19 are monitored. A DB updating control function 13 is provided to turn OFF a switch 9 during a time in which the mismatching state of the diagram DB occurs during updating of a diagram. This constitution continuously maintains a state that tables 10, 11, and 12 in a course control function 8 are normal and prevents an erroneous control of a course control processing 7 from outputting.
