SOLUTION: An outside air temperature is compared with an inside air temperature, and when there temperatures are sufficiently close within a prescribed value, this control is finished (S118). When there temperature are not close (S118), which of the outside air temperature or the inside air temperature (a room temperature) is close to a target blowoff temperature is judged (S119). When the outside air temperature is close (S119), outside air is selected as an air intake port (S120). When the inside air temperature is close (S119), inside air is selected as the air intake port (S121). Next, the air intake port is adjusted and set (S112). The air intake port is also adjusted and set (S123) on the basis of air conditioning control.
