PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively verify the saved energy quantity of electric equipment. SOLUTION: An economizing device 4 is controlled by dividing its operation into economizing condition and non-economizing condition by a verification data processing device 10, responding to a control command from a remote central monitor center 17. The data on the consumed electric energy quantity in electric equipment 5 in the economizing condition and non-economizing condition are taken in the verification data processing device 10, and are loaded into the central monitor center 17, thus it is possible to positively verify the saved quantity in electric equipment 5 at a remote place. |
