<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information regarding mail without opening the mail only by viewing a list of mail by selecting mail wherein relative information is set, and listing and displaying transmit mail and receive mail in the same window together with the contents of the relative information. SOLUTION: When a user performs a process for reference to receive or transmit mail, etc., a mail list display means 132 displays the list of mail on a display device 15 according to the information of the transmit mail 121 and receive mail 122. On the displayed picture, main relative information setting is requested by using an input device 14 and a mail relative information setting means 131 displays a picture on the display device 15. Further, a process time limit and a comment are inputted on the picture by using the input device 14 and according to them, the mail relative information setting means 131 generates mail relative information 123. Consequently, the information regarding the mail can be obtained without opening the mail only by viewing the list of mail.</p> |
