PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a froth separator capable of sufficiently and efficiently separating froth mixed in pneumatically transported pellets, in particular capable of preventing the pellets from scattering in a separating pipe part, and capable of immediately discharging them outside a system without floating and storing them even if the pellets are scattered. SOLUTION: This froth separator is provided with a vertical pipe part 21 for spouting downward pellets 10 transported by air from a spouting port 215, and a separating pipe part 22 for upwardly separating and discharging froth 11 by blowing up air from below in relation to the spouted pellets 10. The vertical pipe part 21 is composed of a cylindrical part 211, an inlet pipe part 212, a tapered pipe part 213, and a spouting pipe part 214, a cylindrical body 216 is provided below the spouting port 215, and a wall body 219 for narrowing a space 218 among both pipe parts 213, 214 and the inner surface of the separating pipe part 22 is provided on the outer peripheries of the tapered pipe part 213 and the spouting pipe part 214.
