PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor laser module which can implement low coupling loss by stabilizing central wavelengths. SOLUTION: This semiconductor laser module is equipped at least with a semiconductor laser element 1, leans systems 2 and 3 which converge a laser beam on an optical fiber, a band-pass filter 4 which passes a laser light of prescribed wavelengths, and an optical fiber. The band-pass filter is held by a holding means, having a mechanism to tilt the band-pass filter to an arbitrary angle with respect to the traveling direction of the laser beam. In the waveguide of the optical fiber, there is a reflection point 6, at which a part of incoming laserbeam is reflected. A resonator is formed between the reflection point and the emitting end face of the semiconductor laser element. The tilting mechanism is preferably controlled by an output from a temperature sensor through a control unit.
