At this time, by sequentially filling mixed powers different in ferrite concentration, the ferrite concentration gradient can be freely controlled, and a wave absorber of laminate structure having a stepwise or continuous ferrite concentration gradient can be easily manufactured. A hollow glass spherical body composed of volcanic glass, such as Sirasu-balloon and perlite, is suitable for the purpose.
