<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working head having a high rigid guide mechanism by which the influence of vibrations or the like is prevented, and highly precise positioning, reliability and stability are improved in accordance with high speed working, working for a large sized plate stock and the other bad condition. SOLUTION: In a working head 2 having a high rigid guide mechanism KG for highly precisely positioning a Z shaft of a plate stock working machine such as a punch/laser composite machine, a working head supporting member 3 together with the working head 2 are suspended along a vertical shaft to a horizontal base Bz which is provided in the upper part Fu of a device frame and moreover supported by a supporting body 1 in which an air spring 1a is combined with a taper ring, a connecting part with the horizontal base Bz is made to be a first support point, a second support point is provided in the vicinity of the tip end of the working head 2 which is vertically provided in parallel to the working head supporting member, the second support point is vertically moved along the Z shaft parallel to the vertical shaft, and whereby the highly rigid guide mechanism KG by which the highly precise positioning of the Z shaft is realized is provided.</p> |
