PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map data displaying system capable of adapting to the new establishment, movement, extinction of installations and facilities such as stores and the new establishment and extension of roads without the need for the replacement of a fixed medium to store map data in a map data displaying device. SOLUTION: This map data displaying system is constituted by combining a map data displaying device A mounted on a moving body to display detected location data on map data previously stored in a fixed medium 18 with a server B which is connected to a communication network and in which map data is previously stored. The map data displaying device A receives map data from the server B to interpolate the map data previously stored in the fixed medium 18. |
