PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously, comfortably and efficiently evaluate accurate taste by plural tasters by arranging plural openings in the vicinity of a peripheral edge part of a top plate, arranging hand side sinks for abandoning tasted food and drink under the respective openings, and blocking up the respective openings by cover plates so as to be freely openable/closable. SOLUTION: At tasting time, tasters 22 vertically open cover plates of respective tasting baseplates 2 by equally dividing a top plate l into plural pieces, and open hand side sinks 10. After abandoning tasted samples in the hand side sinks 10, a valve 15 is opened by stepping a water supply pedal 14, the tasted samples are washed off by flowing water jetted into an outer shell 11 from a fountain pipe 13, and these are introduced into a gathering sink 16 from a connecting pipe 18 together with the flowing water. Afterwards, the tasted samples are introduced into a disposer 17 to be crushed, and while this crushed object is discharged from a sludge port 21, filtered waste water is discharged from a drain pipe 20 via a trap 19. This tasting table can be used as an ordinary meeting table by covering openings with cover plates.
