PRODUCTION OF COLLOIDAL SOLUTION OF GRAPHITE SILICA ROCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly obtain a colloidal solution of graphite silica rock having stable colloidal state and component balance from natural graphite silica rock for everybody simply, surely at a low cost efficiently without using a chemical synthetic method and without possessing technical knowledge of chemistry. SOLUTION: This method for producing a colloidal solution of graphite silica rock comprises mixing water with an extract solution obtained from an inorganic calcium salt and a bamboo to give a calcium-containing active solution, adding the solution to water, then mixing the water with ground graphite silica sand and applying an ultrasonic vibration to the mixture. The mixture is repeatedly irradiated with ultrasonic wave at different frequency ranges for fixed periods of time. To 100 pts.wt. of purified water, is added 0.5-2 pts.wt. of the calcium-containing active solution and 100 pts.wt. of purified water is mixed with 0.2-0.6 pt.wt. of the ground graphite silica sand.
